1) In the notes to seller box, please include:

*How old child is turning
*Date of event
*Time of event
*Place of event
*RSVP date, name and phone number
*and any other information you would like included

2) I will send you a proof of your invitation for approvla. You will receive your customized invitation within 48 hours of proof approval.
